1. Services

Stratly provides competitive intelligence reports for direct-to-consumer brands. Reports include analysis of publicly available information and are intended for strategic planning purposes.

2. Report Content

All revenue figures, market share estimates, and financial data in our reports are estimates based on publicly available information and industry analysis. They should be used as directional guidance, not as precise financial statements.

3. Payment & Refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe. Pilot reports ($197) are non-refundable once delivery has begun. Pro reports and subscriptions may be cancelled according to the terms selected at purchase.

4. Intellectual Property

Reports are provided for your internal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish report content without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

Stratly reports are based on analysis of public data and should not be the sole basis for significant business decisions. We are not liable for actions taken based on report content.
